Bem Brasil Oval Cut Hash Brown with Tilapia Fillet

Ingredients

  • 1 unit of Bem Brasil Oval Cut Hash Brown
  • 1 tilapia fillet
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teacup of wheat flour
  • 1 teacup of breadcrumbs
  • 1 coffee cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 teacup of chopped onion
  • 1 squeezed lime
  • ½ coffee cup of mustard
  • 1 diced tomato
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Bem Brasil Oval Cut Hash Brown  with Tilapia Fillet

How to prepare:

  1. Prepare the Bem Brasil Oval Cut Hash Brown in the oil, following the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Season the tilapia fillet with salt and pepper;
  3. In a dinner plate, whisk the egg until homogeneous and dip the fillet in the egg;
  4. On another plate, add the wheat flour and dip the fillet in the flour;
  5. Dip the tilapia fillet back into the egg;
  6. On another plate, put the bread crumbs and dip the tilapia fillet;
  7. Heat enough oil to cover the tilapia fillet in a skillet at 160°C and fry by immersion for approximately 4 minutes;
  8. Mix the tomato, onion, mayonnaise, mustard, lime juice, salt and pepper to make the sauce;
  9. Put your tilapia filet on a dish with the sauce on top and enjoy!
