Bem Brasil Oval Cut Hash Brown with Tilapia Fillet
Ingredients
- 1 unit of Bem Brasil Oval Cut Hash Brown
- 1 tilapia fillet
- 1 egg
- 1 teacup of wheat flour
- 1 teacup of breadcrumbs
- 1 coffee cup of mayonnaise
- 1 teacup of chopped onion
- 1 squeezed lime
- ½ coffee cup of mustard
- 1 diced tomato
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to prepare:
- Prepare the Bem Brasil Oval Cut Hash Brown in the oil, following the instructions on the packaging.
- Season the tilapia fillet with salt and pepper;
- In a dinner plate, whisk the egg until homogeneous and dip the fillet in the egg;
- On another plate, add the wheat flour and dip the fillet in the flour;
- Dip the tilapia fillet back into the egg;
- On another plate, put the bread crumbs and dip the tilapia fillet;
- Heat enough oil to cover the tilapia fillet in a skillet at 160°C and fry by immersion for approximately 4 minutes;
- Mix the tomato, onion, mayonnaise, mustard, lime juice, salt and pepper to make the sauce;
- Put your tilapia filet on a dish with the sauce on top and enjoy!
