Bem Brasil Mini Hash Brown with Guacamole
Ingredients
- 1 package of Bem Brasil Mini Hash Brown
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 chopped red onion
- 2 chopped seedless tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of chopped coriander or parsley
- 1/2 seedless jalapeño pepper
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- Juice of 1 lime
- 3 spoons of olive oil
- Salt to taste
How to prepare:
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pulp with a spoon, and place in a large bowl;
- Mash the avocado with a fork until it has a smooth consistency;
- Add the onion, tomato, coriander, pepper, and garlic to the bowl. Mix well;
- Add lime juice and salt to taste. Mix again;
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary;
- Set aside in the refrigerator.
- Prepare the Bem Brasil Mini Hash Brown in oil, according to the information on the packaging, remove and season with salt to taste;
- Serve immediately with the guacamole and finish with fresh herbs.
