Bem Brasil Mini Hash Brown with Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Bem Brasil Mini Hash Brown
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 chopped red onion
  • 2 chopped seedless tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup of chopped coriander or parsley
  • 1/2 seedless jalapeño pepper
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 3 spoons of olive oil
  • Salt to taste

How to prepare:

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pulp with a spoon, and place in a large bowl;
  2. Mash the avocado with a fork until it has a smooth consistency;
  3. Add the onion, tomato, coriander, pepper, and garlic to the bowl. Mix well;
  4. Add lime juice and salt to taste. Mix again;

  6. Set aside in the refrigerator.
