Bem Brasil Mini Hash Brown with Ragù
Ingredients
- 1 package of Bem Brasil Mini Hash Brown
- 2 spoons of olive oil
- 500g flank steak without fat
- 1 spoon of butter
- ½ diced onion
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 1/3 cup of diced carrots
- 400g peeled tomatoes
- Parsley to taste
- 150g grated cheese
- Parsley to taste
- 50g of leeks
- Salt to taste
How to prepare:
- Dice the flank steak and season;
- In a pressure cooker, heat the olive oil and brown the flank steak;
- Add the onion, garlic, carrot, leeks and sauté;
- Add the peeled tomatoes, a pinch of salt and cap;
- Cook at pressure for approximately 40 minutes;
- Shred the steak, check the seasoning;
- Prepare the Bem Brasil Mini Hash Brown in oil, according to the information on the packaging, remove and season with salt to taste;
- Serve with the ragù and finish with grated cheese and chives.
