Bem Brasil Mini Hash Brown with Ragù

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Bem Brasil Mini Hash Brown
  • 2 spoons of olive oil
  • 500g flank steak without fat
  • 1 spoon of butter
  • ½ diced onion
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 1/3 cup of diced carrots
  • 400g peeled tomatoes
  • Parsley to taste
  • 150g grated cheese
  • Parsley to taste
  • 50g of leeks
  • Salt to taste
 Bem Brasil Mini Hash Brown with Ragù

How to prepare:

  1. Dice the flank steak and season;
  2. In a pressure cooker, heat the olive oil and brown the flank steak;
  3. Add the onion, garlic, carrot, leeks and sauté;
  4. Add the peeled tomatoes, a pinch of salt and cap;
  5. Cook at pressure for approximately 40 minutes;
  6. Shred the steak, check the seasoning;
  7. Prepare the Bem Brasil Mini Hash Brown in oil, according to the information on the packaging, remove and season with salt to taste;
  8. Serve with the ragù and finish with grated cheese and chives.
