Bem Brazil Mini Hash Brown Stroganoff
Ingredients
- 1/2 package of Bem Brasil Mini Hash Brown
- 1 teacup of heavy cream
- 1 teacup of tomato sauce
- 1 coffee cup of diced onion
- ½ chopped garlic clove
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to prepare:
- Prepare the Bem Brasil Mini Hash Brown in the oil, following the instructions on the packaging;
- In a preheated pan, brown the onions in a drizzle of oil;
- Then add the garlic and let it brown;
- Add the tomato sauce in the same pan and mix over low heat;
- Add the heavy cream to the tomato sauce and mix well;
- On a plate, place the Bem Brasil Mini Hash Brown with the sauce;
- Serve with rice and salad.
