Bem Brasil Mini Hash Brown carbonara
Ingredients
- 1/2 package of Bem Brasil Mini Hash Brown
- 1 teacup of diced bacon
- 1 teacup of grated parmesan
- 1 egg
- 1 teacup of heavy cream
How to prepare:
- Prepare the Bem Brasil Mini Hash Brown in the oil, following the instructions on the packaging;
- In another preheated pan, fry the bacon until golden brown;
- In the same pan as the bacon, add the heavy cream on low heat and the parmesan cheese, mixing until the cheese melts completely;
- Turn off the heat and mix the egg yolk until homogeneous;
- Finish with the Bem Brasil Mini Hash Brown in a deep dish and mix with the sauce.
