Minipizza calabrese sausage with Bem Brasil Hash Brown

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Bem Brasil Hash Brown
  • 400g sliced Calabrian sausage
  • 250g grated mozzarella
  • 250ml of tomato sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oregano to taste
Minipizza calabrese sausage with Bem Brasil Hash Brown

How to prepare:

  1. Prepare the Bem Brasil Hash Brown in the oil, following the instructions on the packaging; 2. Remove and season with salt to taste;
  2. Assemble the mini-pizzas with the base of Bem Brasil Hash Brown and layer them;
  3. In the first layer, cover with the sauce, then the grated mozzarella and Calabrian sausage slices;
  4. Finish with the oregano and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC until the cheese melts;
  5. Serve while still hot
