Minipizza calabrese sausage with Bem Brasil Hash Brown
Ingredients
- 1 package of Bem Brasil Hash Brown
- 400g sliced Calabrian sausage
- 250g grated mozzarella
- 250ml of tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
How to prepare:
- Prepare the Bem Brasil Hash Brown in the oil, following the instructions on the packaging; 2. Remove and season with salt to taste;
- Assemble the mini-pizzas with the base of Bem Brasil Hash Brown and layer them;
- In the first layer, cover with the sauce, then the grated mozzarella and Calabrian sausage slices;
- Finish with the oregano and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC until the cheese melts;
- Serve while still hot
